Omar was MORE than instrumental in assisting in completing our home search. He was incredibly communicative and navigated the challenges of a tight closing schedule with EASE. His large network of lenders and contractors ensured that this home sale was completed with clarity and ease. As a first time home buyer, Omar made me feel a sense of assurance and ease with every step of the home buying process and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any first time or seasoned home buyer.

Omar was absolutely amazing. I first met him when he sold my sister‘s house. He couldn’t have been more accommodating with her. She couldn’t be home for an inspection, without hesitation Omar spent most of the day at her house waiting for the inspector. When it was time to sell my house, I knew exactly who I wanted. He made the process flawless. He was available to answer all my questions all hours of the day and evening. He’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. He helped navigate getting repairs on my house from start to finish. I cannot say enough about him. If you want your house sold quickly and at top dollar Omar’s your man!

I brought Omar in for an unbiased opinion on my personal property. As a fellow real estate professional, I appreciated his objective assessment. He subsequently sourced a qualified buyer and managed the transaction efficiently. The entire process was completed smoothly and professionally from start to finish.

Omar has been great to me. Our relationship goes back 10 years to buying cheap investment properties no one else wanted to show me. I just sold my personal home with him in a week after he found me a new home without me even looking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are some people who come into your life at exactly the right time, and for our family, Omar was one of them. Most people know that this wasn’t just a house hunt for us. After losing Nala, our world was turned upside down. Before she passed, I would sit and look at houses online and tell her all about them. When I found this house, I became obsessed with it. Every night I would pull it up and tell Nala, “That’s your mansion.” It became a running joke, but deep down, I made her a promise that one day we would get her that mansion. What I didn’t realize was just how hard that journey was going to be. Selling our home and buying another at the same time came with more stress, drama, and obstacles than I ever imagined. There were moments when I honestly thought everything was going to fall apart. Through all of it, Omar never gave up on us. He answered every call, every text, every ridiculous situation that popped up, and somehow always managed to stay calm when I wasn’t. What I appreciated most was that Omar listened. He understood that this wasn’t just another transaction for us. This home meant something. It represented a promise, a fresh start, and a dream that I wasn’t willing to let go of. He never treated us like just another client. He treated us like people. He fought for us, guided us through every challenge, and made sure we understood our options every step of the way. He was honest, professional, patient, and exactly the kind of realtor you want standing beside you when things get difficult. Today, because of Omar, we’re sitting in the home that I used to show Nala on Zillow every single night. The home we called “Nala’s Mansion” long before it was ever ours. I will forever be grateful that Omar helped make that dream a reality. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and works harder than anyone else to get the deal done, I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Omar, for helping us keep a promise to a dog who changed our lives forever. ❤️🏡🐾

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hi everyone, Nala here. 🐾 Before I crossed the Rainbow Bridge, there was one thing my mom promised me: that one day she would find us our forever home… a place with room to run, room for the family, and a place that would always be mine. That home became what everyone now calls “Nala’s Mansion.” The journey to get there wasn’t easy. There were obstacles, stress, drama, and more than a few moments where things could have fallen apart. But through it all, Omar never gave up on my family. He helped them sell their old home and worked tirelessly to make sure they got the home they had fallen in love with. What I loved most is that he treated my family like people, not just another transaction. He answered questions, calmed fears, fought through challenges, and never stopped working to get the deal done. Because of him, my family is now living in the home we spent so many nights dreaming about together. Even though I’m not physically there, a piece of me is in every room, every hallway, and every acre of that property. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, works hard, and goes above and beyond for his clients, I can’t recommend Omar enough. Thank you, Omar, for helping my family get home. Love always, Nala 🐾❤️

Working with Omar was a pleasure. He came to see my house and gave me a small punch list of things to do. After completing those things and taking pictures, the house sold in SIX days! Omar is very attentive and knowledgeable. This made me comfortable from the beginning. I highly recommend. Thank you Omar!

Omar was fantastic to work with! He was always willing to help out with whatever we asked him and was very kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. My Fiancé and I had a great experience and now have our first home together!

I was over whelmed with thoughts and fears entering the world of home buying. Then I chose Omar. Not only did he guide me, he listened to my concerns. In addition he had every resource at his disposal to assist me with each aspect of the home buying process. His response time and willingness to help can't be expressed into words. He spoke to me while on vacation and showed tremendous compassion for my situation. Fast forward, I'm now a first time home buyer living in a single family home. My family couldn't be more grateful for Omar's efforts and hard work. Thankyou Omar.

Omar did a great job selling my house. My home needed some work however he got the job done in a short period of time. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Omar was very easy to work with, quick to respond and was able to get us a great seller credit despite a lot of initial pushback from the seller. He also has a ton of connections which helped us to get great estimates on things we wanted to have done. We would definitely recommend him to any & everyone!
